Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all services delivered by TidyRoo.

Bookings

  • Appointments are confirmed via email or SMS. Please provide access instructions and parking details.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $55 late change fee unless due to illness or extreme weather.
  • Technicians will not move heavy furniture, fragile items, or electronics unless pre-arranged.

Pricing & payment

  • All prices are inclusive of GST. Payment is due on completion via card, EFT, or approved account.
  • Quotes are based on information provided. Scope changes (extra rooms, severe stains) are agreed before work continues.

Safety

  • Please keep pets and children clear of hoses and equipment during the clean.
  • We use professional safety gear and comply with Queensland workplace regulations.

Liability

While all care is taken, TidyRoo is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose joins, or wear that may be revealed once cleaned. We carry full insurance coverage for accidental damage.

Refund & re-clean policy

We stand behind every clean. If you are not satisfied:

  1. Contact us within 7 days with photos or feedback.
  2. We schedule a complimentary re-clean of the affected area as soon as possible.
  3. If the outcome remains unsatisfactory after the re-clean, we provide a partial or full refund based on the impacted areas.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
